You can wear pants suit in open class (children and adults) an exhibition of dogs?

I'm going to my first dog show in three weeks. I am considered a Controller Junior (under 18), but a breeder recommended I go to open class dog shows (for adults and children) because they may be controlling Junior nasty brats. I really want to know if I may wear formal / dress pants, or if girls are strictly limited to wear skirts / dresses? EXPERIENCE dog handlers only please. : /

Yes, you can wear dress pants instead of skirts. The jeans and the cuts will not er done.
